Dear Villagers ,
As some of you may know or have seen on the village website and Facebook page we’re trying to pull together a list of people within the village who would be able to volunteer to help people in the village forced to “self-isolate” in line with government guidelines due to the current Corona Virus outbreak.
We know many people have already approached their Immediate neighbours with offers of help and we already have a list of some people who have signed up to help the wider community ( Thank You) if you already have please Ignore this email, but some of these volunteers may now have to self-Isolate themselves due to the government’s 70+ guidelines, but may be asked to help with phone calls or co-ordinating things ect.
If you feel you may be able to help the wider village community in ANY WAY e.g. shopping , walking somebodies dog , admin and coordinating or simply giving people a phone call please add your name to the list using the contact details below .
Once we have a list of volunteers we will look at what we can do between us to support our village community in the best way . Remember you may need help yourself if told to self-Isolate.
Please send your contact detail Name + Contact Number + Email to: volunteers@greysouthen.online or Text 07403 575525
